Carrot Salad With Beets Recipe
2 beets cooked and cooled
3 precooked and cold carrots
6 lettuce leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper
Cut the carrots and beets into small cubes separately.
Take the platter and put the cut lettuce leaves in the background.
Arrange carrots in the middle and pieces of beet around carrots.
